ASOS (asos.com) is a fantastic website! They stock all major fashion brands such as Warehouse, River Island, Lipsy, All Saints, Motel, Wonderbra, Fred Perry, Rare, Oasis, Mango, French Connection etc. 
They have sales on a lot of the time and there is always stuff in the clearance section! 

New Look (newlook.com) a great website for wardrobe staples and shoes too. 

Topshop (Topshop.com) Recently opened an American-based website within the past year or so. Great clothes, only stock up to a UK dress size 16 though. Quite pricey but they usually have a fair few good pieces. The shoes are usually the best part :) 

Boohoo (boohoo.com) An up-and-coming website. Great prices, great pieces. Have lots of lovely dresses and handbags :)
